Copyright & Takedown Policy
2026.06.10
Soundscape respects copyright. If someone uploaded, separated, or shared audio without the rights to do so, report it using the process below — once verified, we remove the content (including the shared separation cache).
1. How to file a report
You can report by email: support@patrache.com
If you are signed in, you can also use the in-service report feature (the report menu on the content).
Please include: (1) the rights holder's (or agent's) name and contact, (2) a description of the work you believe is infringed, (3) information identifying the infringing content (URL, work name, stem address, etc.), (4) a statement that you hold the rights, and (5) a statement that the report is accurate, with your signature.
2. Process & timelines
We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
If the report is valid, we promptly stop serving the content and delete the separation results (including the cache shared across users). Reports are normally handled within 7 days of receipt.
We notify both the reporter and the uploader of the outcome.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed, you may file a counter-notice showing you have the right to use it.
Send it to support@patrache.com with: (1) your identification and contact, (2) identification of the removed content, (3) the legal basis for your use (your own creation, a license, expired rights, etc.).
We forward counter-notices to the reporter. If the reporter does not notify us of follow-up action (such as filing suit) within 7 business days, we consider restoring the content.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated verified infringements are warned, and on further repetition may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
5. False reports
Knowingly submitting a false report or counter-notice may make you liable for resulting damages.
