2. Products & pricing
Paid products are digital goods: tokens (a usage credit), a monthly subscription, and room-slot upgrades.
Tokens are used for paid features such as audio separation; prices and contents are shown at checkout.
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor (Polar).
3. Withdrawal & refund policy
Payments and applicable taxes (such as VAT) are handled by Polar, our payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record.
Receipts and invoices can be issued directly from the Polar customer portal, reached via the 'Official receipts & invoices' button on the billing page.
Because payments are processed by an overseas provider (Polar), Korean cash receipts (현금영수증) and tax invoices (세금계산서) are not issued.
Digital content (tokens) can be refunded in full if requested within 7 days of purchase and not yet used.
If you have used some tokens, we refund the remaining balance after deducting the value of the tokens already spent.
When a partial refund is made, remaining tokens proportional to the refunded amount are reclaimed from your account.
Purchased (top-up) tokens do not expire; subscription tokens are granted each billing cycle, do not roll over, and are not separately refundable.
You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access for the remainder of the paid period.
For digital goods that are provided and used immediately (e.g., room slots), withdrawal may be restricted once use has begun.
If a separation fails due to an error on our side, the charged tokens are automatically refunded.
